Just because we accept a plan does not necessarily mean we are in the network. And just because we are in network does not me we accept all of the plans of the network. Each insurance plan is unique. We recommend that you check with your particular plan in advance to find out what services are covered and how much they will reimburse you for medical expenses, if necessary.
Please have your insurance card with you at the time of your appointment. You are responsible for co-payments/co-insurance/deductible/non-covered services at the time of your visit. If we are not a provider for your insurance, or if you are not insured, you will be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.

- American Indian Health Program (AIHP) – We are in-network!
- Arizona Complete Health (formerly Health Net Access) – They are not accepting new pediatricians.
- Banner-University Family Care – We are in-network!
- Health Choice Arizona – We are in-network!
- Mercy Care – Our application was declined. They don’t need any more pediatricians. More info HERE
- Molina (formerly Magellan) – We are in-network!
- UnitedHealthcare Community Plan – Our application was declined
